Meet Charlotte Male, Founder

Alongside Charlotte Male Ltd, I also run my own non-profit, Ignite Your Power CIC, which secured over £75,000 in funding in its first year. That experience gives me a real understanding of what it takes to build, lead, and grow an organisation while managing the realities of funding, delivery, and compliance.
I also bring over 20 years of project management experience, including leading projects with budgets of more than £2 million. My approach combines strategic thinking with practical delivery, so the support you receive is not only thoughtful, but genuinely useful.
